In the Carpinus party hall, you choose the way in which we decorate it for you. Of course we will advise you on the decoration, based on our experience and expertise. However, if desired, you can adjust the accents in such a way that this fits in well with your own wishes with regard to the party you would like to organize in our room.
Our banquet hall is located, just like our hotel and restaurant, in the beautiful surroundings of the historic church square of Herent in the turn of Leuven. In this way you opt for a truly magnificent decor in which the pearls of Romanesque architecture come to the fore in a very beautiful way.
Your party in the Carpinus party hall is of course not complete without the right snacks and surprises, which we can manage. In this way you and your guests will in any case lack nothing and you can optimally benefit from a great time with us in the party hall.
Meeting, following a course, presenting a product or organizing a workshop?
Or even... organize an exhibition, a theme day or a company meeting?
You can do this in our multipurpose, well-equipped meeting hall.
The room has daylight, but can also be darkened. We also provide free wireless internet, a beamer and a flipchart.
At the desk you can use a fax or photocopier on request.
